Call, email or text to arrange a viewing. If you are interested, a draft contract is compiled for you to see what the contract would look like and ask any questions/show to other friends or family.
If you would like to proceed, we require contact information, home and term-time addresses but do not ask for a holding deposit, we wait till you sign the contract for the actual deposit. We arrange a time to mutually convenient time to sign the contract and collect £150 per person deposit.
The Deposit is lodged with the DPS – Deposit Protection Service. The DPS will send you confirmation of the lodged deposit for your property. We will then contact you nearer the start date of your tenancy to confirm your moving in times.
We will ask you to confirm if you would like a complimentary (free) kitchen starter pack of crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils.
On the day of commencing the tenancy, we will meet you at the property and go through a handover and inventory of all that is in the property. When the tenancy is finished, deposits will be requested and returned via the DPS.
If a reference is required for your next property we are more than happy to provide one.
